的 college’s Department of 公共安全 in conjunction with the president of 利哈伊碳社区学院 prepare the 年度保安报告 to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Crime Statistics Act using information maintained by the Department of 公共安全 and provided by state and local law enforcement surrounding 利哈伊碳社区学院 and it’s site locations.

加重攻击罪 – is defined as an unlawful attack by one person upon another for the purpose of inflicting severe or aggravated bodily 受伤. This type of assault usually is accompanied by the use of a weapon or by means likely to produce death or great bodily harm.

恐吓 – to unlawfully place another person in reasonable fear of bodily harm through the use of threatening words and/or other conduct but without displaying a weapon or subjecting the victim to actual physical attack.

家庭暴力—Domestic violence includes felony or misdemeanor crimes of violence committed by a current or former spouse or intimate partner of the victim, 与受害者有共同孩子的人, by a person who is cohabitating with or has cohabitated with the victim as a spouse or intimate partner, by a person similarly situated to a spouse of the victim under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction receiving grant monies, or by any other person against an adult or youth victim who is protected from that person’s acts under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction.

偏见的类别

残疾 – a preformed negative opinion or attitude toward a group of persons based on their physical or mental impairments/challenges, 这种残疾是暂时的还是永久性的, 先天的或由遗传获得的, 事故, 受伤, 年老或生病.

性取向 – a preformed negative opinion or attitude toward a group of persons based on their sexual attraction toward, 以及对, 异性:同性成员或异性成员.

性别认同 – a preformed negative attitude toward one’s physical traits and one’s internal sense of self as male, 女, both or neither as well as one’s outward presentations and behaviors related to that perception.
